Scorprion Wadi A long, deep canyon cut into a red desert. The Scorpion Wadi is a quiet place, yet one would not call it peaceful. Sometimes one feels the creep of eeriness tingle across their spine. The leader of this land resides in one of the many caverns cut into the wall of the Wadi. The only entrances are a narrow path, two horses across, at either end. Rocky outcrops litter the ground as well as tuffs of hardy grass. A stream trickles down to form a pool. The Wadi is well stocked and well protected.
Nar Shadaa Nar Shadaa is a land of unknown eyes that follow you as you walk at night, a land of strange creatures that seem to be there and then not to be there. It’s a land where a horse can lose itself easily in the chaos and the confusion that surrounds the hollow hills of the land. Those strange creatures that are not wanted anywhere else seem to all come here to this place that seems to be a gathering spot for them. It is possible, of course, not to get lost in this place but one must know the spread of the land well. The rays of light from the sun rarely reaches this place and the moon illuminates all it touches with an eerie ancient glow that seems to have been born before time itself. The land echoes with the wind’s calls to those dead and those long lost for it seems to be grieving for souls that walk the earth in this place of eerie confusion, that sends ones heart beating wildly at the thought of how close one of these souls may come.
Blue Moon Seashore The land here is almost always dark. The sun only comes out for a few minutes each day. It is a wonderful sight over the ocean's water. But when the sun is gone the moon it out, and it always full. The moon lights up the ocean. Some of the ocean is dark where the beam of the moon isn't hitting. And where it isn't hitting is very, very cold, like ice water. But where it is hitting it is warm, like bath water. The land is like a 'U' shape. There are rock forms on either side of the land to keep the horses in, and predators out. In the rock are caves where mares can give birth or where the herd can hide if a hurricane comes. Lots of trees are in the middle of the land, it helps the horses sleep with the constant moonlight. The grass is very good up away from the water. It is salty where the sand and grass meet.
