A new day was dawning, in many ways other then one. Framed by the rising sun a figure trotted along the plains. It was a tall impressive figure from a distance yet when a closer look is taken you can see the added flaws. Pools, a deep purple flecked with bright silver, dart this way and that and muscles twitch beneath rippling hide. A mare crosses into the realm of the supposed damned. Rumors of a powerful lead mare. No stallions. That was good. Stallions were not a favourite of this mare. She continued on, hoping to find other horses. What she did find was rather displeasing. The mare recioled from the decaying mass off bugs and flesh of what once was a horse. Shudders travelled over the minx body as she quickened her pace. Realising she had no where to go, the minx stopped in the middle of a grassy flat, and looked about her, too unsure to release vocals and unwilling to go further

The mare looked about the lands, the dew was already formed on the grass and shimmered in the new mornings sun. The same light reflected off Leravix. The ebony lead of these lands, the only lead of these lands. So it would remain, no stallion would ever occupy these lands unless, it was highly unlikely nearly impossible. The only way a stallion would be able to seek a safe home in these lands would be if they some how touched the dark mare's heart. But like I said it was nearly impossible. The dark mare stepped put onto the ledge taking the position that she took every morning. She would stand there unseen looking over the lands for any trouble that might arrive. She saw the new foal of the lands and its mother. She did not however see Cry or Nyx. She had been thinking long and hard about that Nyx. For a fine foal she would make but an even better warrior. Storm had been used to bring about more members like any mare that joined her herd that wasn't going to be the best of the best. They came, they were bred, they had the foal and the foal was trained to be the warrior that the mother was not. It was a very simple and rather brilliant plan.
Looking about the lands for the missing members she noticed someone else. She didn't know this mare, that was a problem. Leravix's herd was her turf, her lands her stomping grounds. She ruled them and knew everything about them. When she didn't it angered her just like it did now. Though she would not give the mare the satisfaction of her coming down in greeting. Instead the mare took a yet stronger stance upon the high stone ledge. She raised her maw only slightly letting the wind pass through it so that her call would fly upon it. It was then that the ebony mare let the bone chilling call escape from her maw. A call that told of both strength and wisdom. Though it told not of her full power, the call held the notes with and icy melody as it flew on the wind traveling to the mares ears. If she didn't know were she was before she sure as hell did now.

Skull whipped around to spot the tall, imposing figure. The body of the minx trembled momentarily as she stared up at this mare. She knew instantly who she was. It would be foolish not to bow but bow she did not. Mistake number one. The newcomer stood rooted to the spot, gazing up at the mare upon the ruggered outcrop. Tall, black, and totally full of herself she would be an intimidating figure to withhold at a distance for those who had weaker hearts. This mare did not show any fear, more so seemed nervous about something or other. One would not be able to put their finger on it but as she held her gaze to the other, the trespassing mare seemed to dance upon her toes, shifting this way and that, flicking her silken banner many a time. She did not release her own vocals or speak any words. It was up to the lead to make those steps

The tall ebony mare looked down upon the mare. She did not bow or speak or do so much as anything to show her respect to the mare. It was a grave mistake that could very well cost her dearly. She took a step back into the shadows she thought about jumping the distance to the ground but soon came to conclusion that it wasn't worth the trouble. So slight anger building her mind she turned into the labyrinth of caves that lead to the ground. Her bodice was lost in the darkness that filled them. It only showed when her ebony coat came again into the sunlight reflecting off to show the long muscles that had helped her to defeat the stallion that now lay dead on the ground. His body was almost stripped of its flesh though the bones would forever lay as warning to those that entered her lands. She was in fact surprised that one of the patrols had not seen and told her of the comings of this mare. She stepped long strides out of the cames dancing through the trees as she eyed the intruding mare.
She stepped out with her head held high looking at the nervous little mare that stood before her. Leravix stood strong and tall before her clearly showing that she was the lead of these lands and there fore better. As she looked over the mare she was rather curious about her. She was nervous about something not afraid of her she could tell but nervous about, something. She didn't know what she couldn't begin to guess as she stood there in the grass. Her feathered legs were lost inside it making it look as though only her bodice floated atop the grass. She waited to see what the mare would do now. For it would be a true and grave mistake to make her speak first.

All movement ceased as the lead neared her. She was taller then this ebonite fae but did not seem to show it for she had bunched herself up into a smaller figure. She was pretty, if she wasnt so jittery. Her purple pools flecked with their silver darted round for a moment, wondering of the other inhabitants. For now there was no one but them. That was good. She did not need others to be present right at this time. A mistake had already been made. Would another one follow? No words came from the ebony lead and no words seemed to be coming from the newcomer either. Yet after a long while her kissers parted to release soft, soft vocals that were sweetish yet so very haunting You be the mare Leravix then her vocals were soft, so soft that Leravix would have to strain her harks to hear. The second mistake had been set in place. The count was up to two. The new vix settled into her silence again, her keen windows upon the mare before her yet occasionally darting around.

She still held her strong stance before the mare. She wasn't sure about the height of her, many horses were taller than she but she loved her breeding all the same. She waited for what seemed forever and a day for the mare to speak. "I am. But who are you, and why are you here without my permission." She spat the words in a cold manner but she really didn't care. OOC- sorry I have like no muse right now.

OCC: thats okay. Maybe i can give you a lil help with my posties When words were spat at her orbs locked onto the ebony minx and grew hard with cold fury. The new mare snorted and flattened her towers to the back of her skull. Tossing her skull to the air librums parted but ivories did not. She spoke with clenched fangs I do not need permission from you Leravix she semi growled. It was as if the mare had lost herself for a moment. As quickly as it had come, the mare's attitude vanished. Her stance shrunk and her towers came forward. Yet her purple orbs still held their hard look, their silver shining like cold steel. When she spoke next it was in those same sweet, soft vocals I am called disaster and i be wandering upon your lands for i search for answers. I search for those that call themselves the mighty. I search for proof of this she nodded, satisfied with her answer, and indicating that Leravix should be too

She gave an evil yet innocent smile to the mare. "Thats were your wrong Disaster. To be on these lands, to walk among the mighty. You do need my permission." She was losing patience for the mare, though the fact that she dare speak to her like that gave her a small amount of respect for the mare known as Disaster. For she truly was a disaster in her own mind.
She lifted her head quickly and then back down again swishing at the stupid insects that loved to play in her ebony locks. "For these are my lands. That is your proof." When she spoke she tossed her dial toward the rotting body. She had killed him with little help from the beta of the lands. Her lands, that was how it was and how it would remain.

The mare did not like the smile and had a sudden urge to wipe it off her smug features. All of a sudden the mare of disaster changed. Towers perked, body straightened out to its full height. She became, from a meek figure, to a tall and powerful one. Her burnished gold dun hide shone in the dull light of the land. Purple optics burned with an intense and dangerous fire. Ebonite decorations flapped in the wind, her flag, deaths flag, streaming out behind her in all elegance and grace. She was taller then this mare who preached her power. Stronger too. Boa arched and smirk crossed blackened mug as she struck the earth. Momentarily her gaze shot to the carcass before pools rolled. This mare had made too many mistakes for the dun mare's liking.
Chuckling, a harsh yet melodic sound, she spoke again, her tones changed And that my stupid friend, is where you make your final mistake. You see, I DONT need your permission, because I have permission off a higher power. tones were loud and forcful, breaming with power and authority. Still holding onto that hauntinly sweet tinkle yet it was smothered with the other tones coursing through them. Looking to the carcass again, she shuddered as she watched bugs crawl in and out. It was disgusting. She hated bugs As for that. That is no proof. No one knows anything about that horse. Its your word that has to be believed. she tossed her skull For the sake of the gods, why do you let it rot near your mains lands. Have you no sense of pride the dun wrinkled her nose before launching into a smooth movement. It was a differnet movement from before. More defined and determined. None of this jittery buisness. She was over that. Now her movements were smooth, precise, beautiful. She circled this other mare, Leravix, looking her up and down with a smirk set upon her features. Coming to a halt once again infront of this other, she stood and waited patiently for any responce the wench could muster

She gave a deathly smile, for every minute she spoke with this mare the more she liked her. Such daring and strength yes it was just the warrior she needed to back up her rule of these lands. It would soon become that this new dun mare should seek the respect of the others that roamed the lands for Leravix would see to that though full trust in such a mare now would be foolish and was there fore not done. Though at the moment none of this showed at the ebonite mare stared back at the taller dun mare. Their gaze and voice sharing tone and appeal for the ignorance that blissed this disaster had unknown to her granted the permission that she needed. These were the thoughts of Leravix as the dun mare's words churned in her mind
Slowly a good sly response came to her maw making it so sly and coy but strong and distinguished, "Yes you are right you do have the permission of a higher power to be here" she said stepping closer to the dun and making her in every way but hight her anger not getting to her but the pride bubbling through. "That higher power is me. And yes, it is my word that is to be trusted and heard for I am the ruler of these lands. You will do well to hear that disaster, it rots there because i want it to because it shows what may come of insolent little mares." She said with a final touch still glaring at the mare that had stopped circling her. It really was a shame that the mare would find no weakness but that was all the same as the ebonite mare turned and gracefully trotted out leaving the dun mare to do her own bidding as she danced out. Prideful as the muscles rippled beneath the black coat looking about to see that all was well in the lands as she entered the caves where no one else could enter.

The dun watched the other mare coldly. This one was foolish. Black tipped harks flicked back as the mare considered. Was it worth it? The vixen shook her skull. Their fate was sealed, and unless they redeemed themselves, the inhabitants of this land were now detached from the Grisken kingdom. For the dun stranger, in all her height and beauty, was Shabri Queen of all Grisken. And she was not impressed
Optics narrowed and smirk crawled upon her librums. Upon crossing these boarders, the Queen of Grisken had hoped to find a faithful herd, one that could be trusted and brought into the folds of the Grisken leads. Yet they had failed their tests and Shabri brought herself to her full height and lifted her skul to the cursed heavens Hear me all those who reside in these shame filled lands. You have failed to recognize and welcome your Queen and in doing so, have cut yourself off from Grisken. You may call yourself true followers of Grisken yet I tell you, you will not be recognized as the faithful. You will be regarded as nothing more then the neutrals of Grisken, and be looked upon with shame. I, Shabri, Queen of Grisken came to offer you all a chance to be great, to be part of the great kingdom of Grisken. Yet your lead has made sure that you will remain lowly creatures of scum. I leave you in your filth now and I shall not return to soil my hooves. Non of you will be looked upon with kinsman ship if you dare to tread foot upon the Terra of the Royals. May you all rot within your shame Her voice was loud and clear, full of supremacy and traveled out over the entire lands so there would be none that would not have heard. The Dark Lady reared and trumpeted her glee. Landing she tossed her skull and cackled before spinning round upon her haunches and cantering off, throwing one last disdainful look upon the rotting corpse. At the boarders she halted and looked back over her shoulder. Shabri could have used her powers, for the lead vixen here was weak of mind. Yet, why waste precious time and power on such weaklings that would only bring her main herd and plans to disgrace. Though, some in this land may be worthy. She had heard of a flicka that hung around with a ghostly remain of a mare. These two would have provided to be interesting to meet, yet all the Queen had gotten was the mare Leravix. Others in this land were as worthless as their supposed lead. When all her plans had succeeded Shabri promised that this terra would be used as nothing more then a holding pen for those light hearted fools. Chuckling, Shabri looked up as a hawk cry cut through the dusk sky. It would soon be time for her to return to her realm so she could greet the moon as she rose to take her place, yet she could not help standing here and gleefully plotting her intentions for this terra
