The sound of rocks grinding together comes from all around the two figures that stood looking out over the place that was being created. They were standing on a large wall off rock that overlooked a piece of earth that was unfolding itself as the stallion's gaze stared intently at the blackness that was beyond that which had already been created. He was pure black with gleaming green eyes and spots of the same green running along his spine to where his tail begins. The vixen standing beside him was pure white with soft blue eyes and no other color except for slightly darker hooves. She stood and watched as the stallion created the earth, with rocks and sand and dirt. She would be the one to create life and he the one to take it. He would be the one to offer them another life after they had left the one they had had, he was not a cruel or twisted stallion, it was just his job. She would give life and heal those that were sick, she would create all that was beautiful and serene, as was her job. She would also be the one to choose what powers those that she had created may have the privilege to posses, but they would need to earn it and they would loose it if misused. As more and more earth was made the vixen started creating life, trees grew little by little until they were huge adult trees, standing there as if they had been there for hundreds of years. Small creatures opened their eyes for the first time to see the earth. They grew as well until there were all types of them, small and big, young and old.
As both the stallion and the mare was done and satisfied with their work they turned to each other with only a flicker of a smile playing at their features before the stallion disappeared and the vixen cantered off into the world that they had created. As she ran her stomach became more and more swollen and by the time she reached a clearing it was time for her to give birth to the most important of all the creatures that she would create, she would give birth to the horse. Five foals were born, three of them male and two of them female. They grew fast after their birth, just as all the other creatures had. One was a dark palomino with some lighter dappling on his haunches and his mane and tail almost white so light it was, one of the fillies went with him as he took off into the world, she was a dark bay. One was a liver chestnut, his coat so dark that it was almost black and no lighter coloring was anywhere on his muscled frame, he went in another direction and the second filly went with him, she was a dun. The fifth foal was left there with his mother, she looked at him and spoke, her voice like a soft breeze on a hot summer's day. My son, you will need to keep peace between your siblings, you will need to make sure that they do not fight each other for power. And to help you I will give you the power of sight, you will be gifted with the ability to see whomever you want and whatever time you choose, you will not, however, be able to hear any sound with those visions. She nudged him before she vanished and he was left there on his own.
The palomino stallion held a good disposition and he went on to create the kingdom of Elladeg and he was king over it. The filly by his side became his queen and they had many children, creating a herd of horses that had to eventually spread out and become more herds but their herd always stayed the largest and the most peaceful. The liver chestnut stallion seemed to have grown greedy, wanting more land than was necessary and killing other creatures so that he may have what he wants. He created his own kingdom of Grisken and he was king of that land with the dun filly by his side. She seemed just as eager as he was to have more than they needed and they worked together well. Lastly, the stallion with the special gift that had been given to him by his mother along with many others, just as his siblings had gotten many powers too, traveled alone. He would always travel alone for h he had no need for company. He was a vision of beauty and power, knowing everything that happened and when it happened, sometimes his gift almost seemed to much for him alone but he dared not tell anyone when it was. He had created his own kingdom that was his home, Feldarit, and all those that were discarded from the other kingdoms were let into his so that they may create their own homes within his large home and have families of their own. Horses from both the other kingdoms mixed together and they became an interesting kingdom of differences that were far greater than that of the other two kingdoms. These five horses are immortal and they would never grow old or die unless it is decided by the two great ones that they should.
