Mirror Lake

A large lake, with mane small islands, where birds may go and make their homes. The lake is not in a circular like form like many others are but is almost long. It has many turns in it that makes it look as if it will be cut off but it continues through the land at some point to spread out into a larger piece of water on the other side. There is quite a few small woods and some larger ones too. All of these have small trails leading through all the trees because of small animals and deer that live there and often walk towards the water to get a drink. Even though there is a lot of water no sound from it can be heard as the water always lays still, reflecting everything around it, like a mirror. Between and around the forests there are large meadows and small clearing of succulent green grass that horses can enjoy while just being out in the relaxing air of the lake. The lake seems to calm one’s mind so that one can think more clearly and this allows a place of peace where anyone can come and enjoy the freedom of it.
