As the stallion slowed so did she, yet she brought herself up with a skid as he reached her side. She was wet and sleek with sweat and panting heavily yet a broad grin lit her feature and her pools shone with delight.
That was good
she breathed before dropping to the groud and rolling in the fresh, soft grass. Her coat felt better once she got up and her breathing and heart had slowed to a steady pound. She nipped playfully at the stallions nape

she could not break into her usual babbling for lack of breath but she managed to push the words out |

The stallion smiled at her as he breathed in slow and deep. He was dripping with sweat too but he wasn't panting, he had learnt at a very young age how to keep his lungs filled with oxygen when running so that he would never get too tired too quickly. He nodded a thanks to her for the compliment and then started trotting towards the river so that he could get in and cool off.

Nodding to him she watched as he set off before following. The smell of water was alluring to her. She reached the running water and enterered knee deep with just her forlegs. Black muzzle with its white snip was stretched forth and was submerged into the cool liquid as she sipped delicatly, enjoying the feel of it travelling down her long throat. She immediatly cooled down and returned to normal. She kept her nose in the water to feel the water rush over it |

He trotted right into the water so that it came up over his back, he knew where the water was deep and where it was shallow. The water didn't more swiftly so there was no worry of being swept downstream. He took only a short drink before lifting his maw away from the water and moving in even deeper so that he had to swim. He let his head go under and then brought it up again as he went towards the shallower bit before shaking his head but his body was still under the water.

Raising her dial elegently, the minx watched him. She felt good. She moved herself deeper into the water slightly till it reached her sloped shoulders and danced across her shoulder blades with a pleasing effect. Fleet Goddess blew a few bubbles and went cross eyed to watch them. A giggle passed from her librums as she raised her mug again, shaking her dreads with its wet tips |

The stallion turned his gaze towards her and he reared up in the water, letting it run down his back so that it left a tingling sensation before he went back down with a huge splash and a buck before cantering out of the river and shaking himself almost violently as he got all four hooves on dry land. It would have been quite a comical site to watch him for his shaking made him almost slide on the ground even though he had his hooves planted firmly and widely apart.

The ebony minx turned her cranium as the wave of water rushed towards her with the droplets he shook. She laughed before following his example and leaping from the water to the bank. She shook before taking off at a bucking run to rid herself of the rest of the water. It was nothing more then a lazy lope with the many playful bucks. She stopped a small distance away to look back at him
Your land is awesome
she called back to him, lyrics sweet and full of vibrant joy. She used 'awesome' a word she had used the humans around the stables use when watching a particular interesting battle between a stallion and its handler or the young colts having their mock battles. Even she got a few awesomes when there was a crowd to watch her throw her riders. The highlights of her past life. She reared and struck at a passing butterfly in mocking battle |

ooc: I was meaning to ask you. Do you think that your mare will mind being the beta mare?
He followed her but without the playful bucks. A nod of thanks was given when she complimented his land. He was smiling as he stopped near her and watched her strike out at the passing butterfly. "Don't hurt yourself now." He said playfully and in a somewhat friendly sarcastic way with mock worry displayed on his handsome face as he watched her.

OCC: nup nup  She came down from her rear and looked over at him haughtily, head high and proud. To complete her act she flared her nares and snorted

she gave a chuckle, making it as 'big tough guy' as she could but coudlnt finish it without breaking into a humourous giggle. She looked upon him with bright, golden orbs |

The stallion couldn't help but laugh at her act, "But what about rabbits. They're huge and ferocious you know." he said as he motioned towards the rabbits that were hopping around on the hill in front of the tower. He still had his fake worried expression on his face but laughter played in his eyes.

Frown crossed her elegant features as she stood looking out to where he indicated. Snort passed through wide nares before the dove pulled herself up and struck out fiercly towards the fluffy creatures. Thudding back down she tossed her tiara
They are lucky I am in a good mood today
she looked at him side-long with her lively golden orbs before her features broke out in cheeky humour. Shaking her short ebonite tassels, Fleet Goddess pranced over to the stallion and looked him in the eye

I think I might need to go and warn them.” With his own words he neighed at them and they all bounded into their homes after looking at him with questioning faces. He laughed and turned back to her with what looked like a shrug. She spoke more as she came closer to him and he listened, his harks perked up with happiness. So, she didn’t want him to be scared. When she nudged him with her maw he did the same, pressing his own to hers and then spoke rather quietly. ”Oh, I’m not scared. Smiling at him, she looked into his pools as he pressed his mug to her velvet one. Softly she blew through her nares at him, breath warm and smelling of clovers. She was a fiery yet sweet mare. It was her nature, and always would be.
