He was smiling at the mare in a reassuring way as he walked, slowly so that she would not have to try too hard to keep up with him. As they got more into his lands he stopped and turned to her. ”We are home now. Rest and have something to eat, you will need to strength and energy.” He started grazing but kept an eye on her so that she would not fall or hurt herself in any way. Black Gold followed him through the gap. When she saw the grass, she started to gallop toward it and she eat it. She could not eat that much because her belly was small but she eat as much as she could. “I just don’t know how my foal is going to survive when I am so thin. Thank you for bringing me here. I hope I don’t ask for that much. It is so beautiful here. I would not mind staying here for the rest of my life here.” She said a mouth full of grass. She heard some grass crunching, Gold was startled and looked up and spotted another horse on the hill top.

Cleo looked up from her grazing to see a new mare and the stallion.
She gave a small nicker of hello to the mare though she still ignored the stallion. |

Gold looked up at the mare. She did not do anything. In her past she had some bad things to do with them. "Who is that mare?" she asked the stallion. She went back to grazing but she kept a eye on the mare to see if she was going to try to fight her for being with the stallion. She was so hungry.

Even though Cleo was far away from the two she could hear the mares words. She decided to go up to her as the stallion walked away to the river.
She picked up and easy trot down the hill and was quickly beside the mare. Well she was more in front of her but oh well. She spoke in a calm voice. "I am Cleo." that was all she said. She could tell that the mare was in foal and she didn't want to upset her. |

Gold watched as Vyrtigo's mood changed from happy to be home to sad. She galloped to him and "What is the matter?" she asked. She nuzzled him and got her a long drink from the river. After she was done, she walked in to the water for a swim.

Gold swalked out off the lake and skook the water off her pelt. "Hi Cleo. I am Black Gold but everyone calls me, Gold." she looked at the mare and looked at Vyrtigo. Something happen between this two.

She kept her eyes on the mare as she dipped into the water and then returned. She listened to her words carefully. "Welcome to these lands. Tell me how did you meet Vyrtigo?" Her voice was calm and sweet when she spoke though there was a hint of hate as the palomino mare spoke the stallions name. She still hadn't forgiven him for being a coward. |

"I was at Arctic Peak, looking for a mate and I layed down to sleep after my long gallop here and saw I was skin and bone and he said I come stay or join his herd if I want to. I have been treated very badly in my life time starting with my mother and father." Gold said.

She was still listening to the mare as she looked past her at the stallion, for only a moment though before she looked back at the mare.
"Well Gold, you have found a wonderful land even if the lead stallion is a coward." She was still mad at the stallion even though it had been a solid night between them. OOC- I think that he should come in now. |

She turned to him now, this would be resolved soon. "Strange cause only a coward would not answer my question."
She felt bad ignoring the new mare Gold but this was important. She was angry too, he hadn't answered her when she had wanted answers. She was looking him right in the eye though refusing to look away even if he turned his head. She wasn't going to let him be silent this time. |

She was frustrated why wouldn't he answer her! She just stared at him for a moment before speaking. "Well." she was trying to be calm but she still sounded angry. She just wanted him to answer. To tell her how he felt about her and if she needed to stay around here. |
